Warren Basement Water Damage Cleanup
Flooded Warren basements and crawlspaces can present more challenges than top level spaces. Over the years, we have seen all sorts of basement flooding situations - from puddles on an unfinished floor to an entire finished basement under several feet of water. Most Warren water damage basement issues are usually caused by 1" - 2" inches of water that has gotten in. Excessive rain can over saturate the ground, resulting in leaks and even cracks throughout the basement. Frozen, broken, and burst pipes are more susceptible to happen in Warren basements due to the pressure and temperature difference within the basement. But if the basement is finished, that's enough to cause thousands of dollars in damage. Wet drywall and carpets will often have to be replaced. If not dried our properly, the probability of mildew is extremely high. Basement flooding is not just an inconvenience, it's also a health hazard to you physically and mentally.
All Warren basements are prone to flooding and there can be several causes behind the water damage in your basement such as plumbing leaks, leaky basement windows, or a leaky foundation. Our job is to detect and remove the water in your basement quickly, safely, and completely. We want all of our customers totally satisfied with our service. We know what it's like to have water in your basement so we strive to have a personal relationship with everyone of our customers. Do not wait to call if you have basement water damage.
Fixing Your Broken, Burst, & Frozen Pipes
Winter can be the most devastating time of year for Warren water damage. Over a quarter of a million American homes each year will suffer from damage due to frozen or burst pipes. Water pipe bursts are common in areas of extreme winter cold and high winds that drive the wind chill well below freezing temperatures. Pipes that lack proper insulation and are exposed to the winter’s cold are far more likely to create a need for restoration. Homes that are left vacant with no regulating of heat or poorly insulated walls can be a common culprit of frozen water pipes and frozen water lines in the winter time. Broken pipes can also be common cause of Warrenwater damage, causing gallons of water to come flooding through your living rooms, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.
A frozen, broken or leaky pipe are all inconveniences that can lead to major headaches for your home. Ignoring these repairs can be extremely costly as water damage can lead to an unstable structure and damage of your valuables. If you are experiencing a burst or frozen pipe or any other flooding, give us a call as soon as possible.

Info About Warren MI
Beebe's Corners, the original settlement in what would become the city of Warren, was founded in 1830 at the corner of Mound Road and Chicago Road; its first resident was Charles Groesbeck. Beebe's Corners was a carriage stop, and included a distillery, mill, tavern, and trading post. It was not until 1837 that the now-defunct Warren Township was organized around the settlement, first under the name Hickory, then renamed Aba in April 1838, and finally renamed Warren shortly thereafter. It was named for War of 1812 veteran, and frontier cleric, Rev. Abel Warren.
